Marina Petrova
Marina Petrova is a is a writer living in New York. Her stories have appeared in the Mississippi Review, Gettysburg Review, Catapult, Pinch, Conium Review, and others. She was awarded fellowships from MacDowell and the Sustainable Arts Foundation. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School and is an alum of One Story and the Kenyon Review workshops.
She was born in the former Soviet Union, but after moving to the US, has lived in the South, Midwest, and Northeast. Currently, she is working on a short story collection.
